Full Day Street Photography Workshop — 10.05.2025

Experience a full day of street photography in Zurich!

Join me for an exclusive, small-group street photography workshop (max. 5 participants) in Zurich. This full-day experience is split into two sessions — one during the day and one at night, giving you the opportunity to explore the city’s dynamic character under different lights and moods.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to boost your confidence behind the camera, this workshop will help you train your eye for street photography, refine your skills and most importantly — have fun while learning something new!

Street photography is all about being fully present and noticing those little moments that tell powerful stories. I can teach you to look differently and find these stories. I’ll share tips on creative composition and the best camera settings for street photography, striking ICM images and night photography. Most importantly, we’ll embrace the joy of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary through the lenses of our cameras.

What you’ll Learn

- Master how to use natural light and shadow to create striking black and white images

- Capture candid street moments with confidence

- Shoot in low light

- Embrace ICM (Intentional Camera Movement), a creative technique that combines deliberate camera movement with a slow shutter speed to create abstract, painterly images

You can bring any camera (mobile phone, digital camera etc.). Travel light, no tripod needed.

I speak English, German, Swiss German and of course, my mother tongue Dutch, fluently.

Workshop Info

We’ll start the morning session with a coffee or tea at a nearby café — my treat! This is a great chance to get to know each other, share expectations and discuss any specific wishes you might have for the workshop.

You can bring any camera (mobile phone, digital camera etc.).

Travel light, no tripod needed.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 10 days prior to the workshop date. For cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop, no refund will be given, but you may choose to attend another workshop hosted by me.
